Do you ship outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we also ship to Belgium.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The average delivery time of an order is 1 working day. It can sometimes take longer, we advise you to consult the track & trace.
Orders from outside the Netherlands take an average of 2 working days.
Can I return my order?
Yes, that is possible. Every order has a 30-day return period.
What are the return conditions?
- Please report your return to us within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be clean, undamaged and complete.
- The packaging must be undamaged (excluding the plastic seal).
If any damage has occurred, please let us know first.
What is the return period?
After your order you have 30 days to change your mind. If you do not like the product, you can return it within 30 days. You will then receive the purchase amount back.

Fill in the requested information and register the return.
The costs for returning products are at the expense of the customer
Refund after return
If we have received the package in good order and it meets our return conditions, we will transfer the purchase amount within 5 working days. The purchase amount will be transferred to the account number with which the purchase was made.
Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for the money to appear on your account (Paypal and credit card payments may take longer).
